Eureka vacuum cleaner not Working

I have lodged a complaint on AUG/02 with Eureka Forbes. It has been 2 months since the complaint is lodged and the Eureka support team is saying that spare part is NOT available. I am not sure why are they selling products which do not have spare parts?? Now the support team is telling that …
