Failed BSNL recharge, refund not received

I did a net recharge worth 444 rupees on my BSNL No from BSNL Portal on 1 aug 2017. they deducted the amount from my account and did not activated the net card. I have ask their customer executives then they told me to wait for 7 days for the refund. now its been 9 …

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. Failed transaction refund from Flipkart – Rs.3,320/- : Domnic Nadar, Bannerghatta Road, Karnataka (Email: domnic.nadar[at]gmail.com) placed an order on flipkart using Net banking option on 15th of May, 2013. Refund from Quikr – Rs.3,000 – Ms Vaishali Yadav, Katra, Banda, UP paid Rs 3000 to Quikr for premium ads service to get buyers at maximum price all over the world. But after the payment there was response from Quikr. Neither they were receiving calls nor responding to emails.
