Failed BSNL recharge, refund not received

I did a net recharge worth 444 rupees on my BSNL No from BSNL Portal on 1 aug 2017. they deducted the amount from my account and did not activated the net card. I have ask their customer executives then they told me to wait for 7 days for the refund. now its been 9 …

Refund for defective product from Homeshop18: Mr. Suman Macherla of Moula Ali, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (Email: mac.sum[at]gmail.com) purchased Wespro charger(order no:948245695 from HomeShop18 and received a defective product on July 8th 2014. As per return policy he mailed them on 9th July 2014 but did not get any response for his mails and telephone calls. He posted his complaint on 22-07-2014 and the matter was taken up with Homeshop18. Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Repeated follow-ups by Mr. Kakwani produced no results and he posted his complaint with ICF on 27.11.2012. The issue was resolved by replacement of the mobile by Lalaji. Lalajionline.com

Delivery of Motorola phone – Rs.15999/- : Mr. Charan Hemanth kumar of Bangalore 560064, Karnataka ordered Motorola mobile “moto g71 5g” from the website “motorola.in/” on 23rd September 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered by 27th September 2022. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
