Product not received from instagram vendor after payment

Order placed for scrunchies to https[://]instagram.com/pinkbeebytanisha?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= . However its been over a month and i have not received the products even after payment was done via UPI through instagram message. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
