Refund from Ebay – Rs.1,766/- : Mr. Kumar of Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Email: kumar6810[at]gmail.com purchased one Multi Sewing Machine on 13.01.2013. But the item was not delivered. He registered a complaint with Ebay but even after 45 days it was not resolved. He posted his complaint with ICF on 05-05-2013. Replacement of Iball Mobile Phone -Rs.7,100/-: Mr. Kaustabh Sen of Kolkata 700006, West Bengal (kaustabhsen@gmail.com) had given his phone for repairs to the service center on 09/10/2014. They said that the model had been discontinued and hence it was not possible to repair or replace the phone. Wrong roaming plan activated by Airtel – Rs.3,999/- : Mr. Satish of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh had wanted to activate roaming package for USA for his employer’s son and he was asked to do a recharge of Rs.3,999/- by Airtel.
