Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. His repeated attempts were in vain. He posted his complaint at ICF on 08-01-2015 and the matter was taken up with parties concerned. Complaint against Syberplace – Rs.7,999/-: Mrs. Sugi Jose of Rt nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka had placed an order with Syberplace on 07-03-2016 for a smartphone. However, she neither got the phone nor refund and there was no communication from Syberplace. Mrs. Jose posted her complaint with ICF on 24-03-2016 and the matter was taken up Syberplace. Refund from Makemytrip – Rs.6,865/- : Mrs. Rita Dweltz of Kolkata 700099, West Bengal booked 2 air tickets through Make My Trip on Spicejet and AirAsia flights for 01-04-2020 and 07-04-2020. Refund from Pantaloons – Rs.2,000/- : Ms. Vidya Venugopalan of Chennai 600090, Tamil Nadu ordered product worth Rs 2000 on 14th July with a delivery commitment of 10 days. However, the product was not dispatched and there was no update from the portal even after raising complaint by the customer.
