Regarding rent payment services from Nobroker

Using pay rent option of Nobroker i tried paying the rent but i due to its platform issue i couldn’t make the payment, Nobroker team asked me to change the account number and later to upload the rent agreement..after all that they deducted service charge and returned rest of money..why i should pay service charge …

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
