Complaint regarding refund from easemytrip

I booked a Srilankan airways ticket using easmy trip app, the flight was cancelled due to Covid. I wrote to Srilankan airlines, they have already refunded the money to easemytrip, but the fund is still not processed from easeytrips side. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
