Complaint regarding fraud sales over Instagram

A site in Instagram name called @brand_social652, i want to purchase one pair of shoe, price of the product is 1300, payment should be done, but still product was not delivered. I beg in front of that guys but they can’t do anything and all these happened 3 months ago and they do not refund …

Wrongful demand from Zoomcar – Rs.6,000/- : Mr. Avisek Chakraborty, Kolkata 700050, West Bengal availed car rental service from zoomcar in Bangalore on 16-12-2018. He had used the car for extra one hour and for which he paid additiona hire charges however the customer was presented with a demand Notice for additional Rs.6000/-. Refund from Go Ibibo / Spicejet – Rs.12,294/-: Mr. Paramjeet Ganguly of Bangalore had booked a flight ticket on Spicejet through GoIbibo which was cancelled due to covid.
