Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response. His repeated attempts were in vain. He posted his complaint at ICF on 08-01-2015 and the matter was taken up with parties concerned. Mr. Prabu got his refund by 22-01-2015. Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them. Complaint against Sterling Holidays Resorts – Rs.30,500/- : Mr. SANDEEP MURUDKAR, MUMBAI 400094, MAHARASHTRA was offered freebies and two week holidays against a sum of Rs.19,294/-.
