No delivery, no refund from Miracas International

I have ordered products from MIRACAS International on 03 Nov 2017. The payment for the same has been done and the expected delivery was 13-14 days which has not been delivered yet and no further communication has been done. The site says it is stuck at Delhi customs since 21 Nov. I have raised complaints …

Refund from MakeMyTrip – Rs.18,500/- : Ms. Alka Sachdeva, Okhla, Delhi booked ticket for her son under booking no. IN1410B4S146301 for the sector Mauritius to Delhi. Refund from Expedia.com – Rs.9,925/-: Ms. Namrata Arora of ASHWINI LAYOUT, BANGALORE, KARNATAKA (Email: namratagrover27(at)gmail.com) For cancellation of a US domestic flight booked at Expedia.co.in, the customer care personnel told that Ms. Arora would get the refund in 6-10 working days after deduction of INR 1000. Refund from Jetairways – Rs.9,114/-: Pankaj Joshi, Arambagh, Delhi (Email: pankajjoshi_88[at]yahoo.com) booked a ticket with Jetairways, which was subsequently cancelled on 30.04.13 through online website and JetAirways generated refund receipt no.04914767635 of amount 9114 stating that amount will be credited within 7-10 working days.
