No delivery, no refund from Miracas International

I have ordered products from MIRACAS International on 03 Nov 2017. The payment for the same has been done and the expected delivery was 13-14 days which has not been delivered yet and no further communication has been done. The site says it is stuck at Delhi customs since 21 Nov. I have raised complaints but they haven’t replied yet. I want my refund.

Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one.
