Replacement of Khadai by Homeshop18: Pratibha Goel of Ambala cantt, Haryana (gpratibha.phy[@]gmail.com) bought a tawa, fry pan and khadai set from HS18. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace. She posted her complaint with ICF on 18-05-2014 and after follow-up with Homeshop18 she got replacement by 24-05-2014. Amballa Cantt., Haryana

Trouble with Samsung Mobile – Harassment by Service Centre, Dealer -Handset replaced by the Company: Mr. Tarun Kapur of 55 Adarsh Nagar, Iddgah Road, Moradabad-244001 posted a complaint with the forum on 10-07-2009 for the following : Problem with the functioning of handset, non-co-operative dealer and service centre. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. However, customer did not get refund and he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-04-2021. The matter was taken up with Travolook and customer finally got his refund by 20-04-2021.
