Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one. Repeated follow-ups by Mr. Kakwani produced no results and he posted his complaint with ICF on 27.11.2012. The issue was resolved by replacement of the mobile by Lalaji. Lalajionline.com

Refund from Rediff Shopping – Rs.498/-: Parveen Bhalla of Kailash Vatika, Patna, 800010, Bihar (Email: drpavno1[at]gmail.com) ordered for a heavy duty vacuum cleaner with Rediff shopping on 31-05-2014. He received the product but it was of poor quality and was not as described. He registered a complaint with Rediff but got no assistance.
