Complaint regarding data entry fraud

Sir I have apply a job of data entry job on quicker. And I signed on the leagel agreement in which If i can not submit work at time I have to pay 5000 rupees. The work can not be completed in 10 days as it is so hard to complete in 10 days. Now a lawyer of kdt company threatened
Me to file a league notice against me. If I don’t pay money. Now what should I do? Please suggest me.

The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
