Amount paid but product not delivered by Channel Cheap Amazon Products

Product not delivered/scammed. Value: 2000 I have ordered shoes through a person named Axxxxh and his channel named “Cheap Amazon Products”. Refund from Hitplay: Piyushi Gupta (piyushigupta9[at]gmail.com) of Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana had ordered a citrus spritzer-home on 15/05/2013. However, the product did not give the desired service as mentioned on the website. The customer had repeately sent e-mails and was assured that they would arrange for reverse pick-up and refund. Refund from Neartion – Rs.326/-: Mr. Sd Bhatia of Agra 282005, Uttar Pradesh placed an order for Sandisk 16GB pendirve with Neartion on 15.01.2017. However, even after two months the product was not delivered and no refund made. Several reminders by customer went in vain and Mr. Bhatia posted his complaint with ICF on 05-03-2017. He was given an AWB number but it did not exist. He then requested them to cancel the order but rediff.com was not willing to cancel the order.
