SBI Reward Points – Rs. 14,265/- – Mr. Vipul Goel, of Nawabganj, Kanpur 208002, Uttar Pradesh had 57060 SBI reward points(worth ?14265) linked to SBI account. He tried redeeming those points on mobikwik through maxgetmore. The points were deducted but money was not added to mobikwik. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance. Complaint against ITBC Sweepstakes Scheme – Claim for refund of Rs.31,487/-: Mr. Nadeem Syed of Thane, Maharashtra had participated in the ITBC Sweepstakes Scheme by placing orders worth Rs.31,500/- on 17-03-2010 and 18-03-2010.
