Delivery of Motorola phone – Rs.15999/- : Mr. Charan Hemanth kumar of Bangalore 560064, Karnataka ordered Motorola mobile “moto g71 5g” from the website “motorola.in/” on 23rd September 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered by 27th September 2022. However, even after a week the phone was not delivered and the customer approached ICF on 01-10-2022. The matter was taken up with the company and the customer got delivery on 03-10-2022. Refund from Indiarush – Rs.1,642/- : Mr. Christy Chris of Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad 500033 ordered a saree from indiarush on 13-06-2017 worth rupees 1642/- Order#100673668. But the product was not good and he returned the saree by courier service [worth 260/-] to the provided address. Short refund from Makemytrip.com – Rs.18,370/- : Mohammad Azam of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (Email: sahibeazam[at]gmail.com booked two return tickets on makemytrip.com few months ago by paying Rs.33,786. Subsequently, due to some personal issues he cancelled the booking. MMT informed that they he would get a refund of Rs.25,786 after deductions. However he got only Rs.7,016/-. Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. Refund from Amante Lingerie – Rs.1,148/-: Ms. Akanksha Singh of Jankipuram, Lucknow 226021 placed an order on www.amantelingerie.in which was unsuccessful and the amount got debited from her A/C but no order confirmation received. Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one.
