Refund from Paytm – Rs.5,799/- : Mr. Kishan Kalariya of Bangalore had ordered one Sketechers brand shoes worth of 5799 INR/- from Paytm website order no 2824303633 and when he opened the box there was no shoes. Refund from Neartion – Rs.326/-: Mr. Sd Bhatia of Agra 282005, Uttar Pradesh placed an order for Sandisk 16GB pendirve with Neartion on 15.01.2017. However, even after two months the product was not delivered and no refund made. Several reminders by customer went in vain and Mr. Bhatia posted his complaint with ICF on 05-03-2017. It was not working and she had lodged a complaint with Havells (EB270484). Even after continuous follow-up her complaint was not attended to. She had stated that her faced swelled on using the cream and she incurred Rs.1,529/- for treatment.
