Baggage lost, no support from Spicejet

With an utmost urgency, myself willing to let you know I have pathetically lost my baggage After reaching Thailand Airport from Kolkata Airport on 22nd December . I had gone there for vacation for 5days, 2days in Phuket and 2 days in Krabi with losing all my clothes , money and important documents. This kind of harassment experience is really disappointing. With due request I would like to request your team to get my baggage back asap from spice-jet airlines or incase If can’t they should refund my baggage amount money . After even coming back to India on 28th December , when myself and my wife checked for the baggage they said like they don’t have any information on this ,might be because they forgot to put the tag in the baggage the baggage has not been sent to Thailand. Now sir you say , can This kind of irresponsibility be tolered ? I need some urgent resolution in this I have lost so many things worth so much money, money, important documents .Some serious action should be taken against Spicejet Airlines sir.
It’s been more than a week and still there is no news no urgency about the issue from spicejet airlines.
Waiting eagerly for some positive response from you .Thank you.
