I have a current account with kotak Mahindra bank, all the details are included in the attachment uploaded. On 14 December 2019, i have done an ATM Cash Withdrawal of 20,000 at 21:33 hrs using kotak Mahindra Bank ATM and instead of dispensing the cash nothing happened and the transaction showed successful and Amount got deducted from our account. Since then we are chasing bank for refund and also raised level 1 and level 2 Complaints but no action is been taken instead they written and email saying the transaction is successful. We have demanded for CCTV footage proof but the bank has not given any preference in showing the same. We feel like cheated by bank and demand for money refund and valid compensation for trouble caused. It is minimum courtesy of bank to check ATM CCTV footage before making any such comments. This shows the heights of negligence of banking services by Kotak Mahindra bank. A serious action should be taken on them for troubling the customers.
