Bajaj personal loan demand for repayment complaint

Due to some problems my sister failed to pay bajaj personal loan EMI and we asked some time to clear it. For last ten days a person with name Vxxxxt and contact number 91xxxxxxx1 claiming he is from consumer court and sommons are issued on my sister If she don’t pay money immediately she will go to jail,this person calling all her family members and defaming her wantedly. Is this person true or fake. Please help us

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
