Bank account put on hold by Canara Bank

Could you please look into the issue as to why my Bank account has been put on hold by
CANARA BANK , Kolar Road Branch.
Cyber crime Cell has even mailed them to release my account still they are not releasing my Bank.
We are having so much difficulty due to this Covid-19 and I am unable to withdraw any money or transfer money through Card / Netbanking.
They are not working on it and its been 1 week still no actions have been taken.
The mail from Cyber Crime cell was sent on 20th July , then 23rd July and Today(24th) and Canara Bank Representatives are saying that they didn’t receive any mail.
Even Cyber Crime cell has sent them PDFs and still they are not accepting it.
Kindly look into the issue. We are also filing a report against them on Consumer Court Locally.
