Complaint regarding no refund from Air Asia / Happyeasygo

it is an honor to inform you that I have booked 2 tickets with AirAsia for 14th June 2020, flight number – I5-1982 via website www.happyeasygo.com.  The total ticket costing was Rs. 14,036.00. However on 30th May, 2020, the airlines cancelled the flight due to operational reasons and I have got the confirmation on my registered mobile number  with no confirmation about the refund.
Since then I am trying to contact the AirAsia customer service center but could never connect them after waiting for hours. When I reached the HappyeasyGo support team they are saying AirAsia has to initiate the refund and they can not help.
So in a nutshel both the Airlines and the Online Travel portal are giving me lame excuses which in turn took me to a roller coaster round for the refund.
Hence my sincere request to the team is to look into this matter and help me to get my refund of Rs.14,036.00 as soon as possible.
PS : The ticket has been cancelled by the AIrlines and not by us.
