Bank deny to deposit coins after RBI announcement

We are an Propritorship firm which is manufacturing incense sticks and selling in our local market of Vaishali Bihar since 6 months there is the huge flow of coins in a market of Rupee-1, Rupee-2, and Rupee-5 as a seller we are accepting all the denomination of money because as instructed by RBI we cannot refuse any denomination of money but there is the issue with my Bank is situated at Phulwarisharif Patna. I request the manager many times to deposit the coins in my CC AC.(Bank of India). i have also a loan from the same bank of rupee 1.38 lac. still the outstanding is 1.14 lac.(rate of interest @ 9.8) as on date we have 1 lac. (Coin) of different denomination which is not in use. also in market we are not able to pay with that money and bank also not deposit it in my AC. also write to RBI (Ombudsman) on 24 Oct. they just acknowledge us of receipt of complaint but still there is no solution, so what we can do its really an painful situation for us because we have started a firm 1 year ago and we lose the 20% of our market share in 6 months only. so i feel that either bank has to deposit the amount as soon or they have to reimburse the interest of my loan amount and also have to take responsibility of loses of sales profit on 20% of last six months.
