I have been harassed by brand factory where they asked me to pay rupees 20 for the carry bag on counting them that its consumer rights to get free carry bag they asked me raise it to who so ever I want to raise. Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
