Burnt food zomato vendor and item missing

Received burnt food from an order place through zomato and an item missing. I ordered dalk makhani, naan and a soft drink bottle. The naan were burnt and the soft drink was missing. I was offered partial refund for order. What’s the use of partial refund when the whole meal has been destroyed, a full refund would have been justified. Order no:2109874707
