Cash back not credited in Amazon Pay

I have purchased shoes from 407-0248669-7918747 from Amazon by using Amazon pay balance on 18th November and they told me that I will be getting cashback of 15%but I have not received any cashback I called the customer service many times and escalation but I have not received any cashback after that.
