I had done my first transaction with phonepe and as per offer they should credit my cashack for first transaction. i did my first transaction on 2nd feb, but i did not received any cashback after that i had complaint to customer care and they had accepted that cashback not credit to your account but from 6th feb to till now 24feb they are telling the same answer that we are working on it. Kindly take some strict action against them so that they will heed on customer complaints or else they will make fool to people. My ticket id is 7176271. I have all the screenshot of what they replied.
