I have a dish tv connection via vediocon d2h with. from 11th Feb 2019 i am not able to view any channel from the above service provided while i had recharged Rs.200 on 11.2.2019, Rs.500 on 12.02.19 and Rs.100 on 21.2.19
several time talked with their customer care but they are not able to resolved the issue but they daily deducting amt for the service with out showing any channel today my setup box recharge balance is Rs.515/- only.
Therefore this is my humble request to give them instruction to to start my connection and also to restore the balance deducted from 11-2-19 to 21-2-19 without providing any services. customer id no.143728167
