Cheated for buying a Rudraksha from AJ Retail

I bought a 11 mukhi rudraksha from a vendor with website – https[:]//ajretail.com/. Since the price was less compared to others i bought the item from them which was a big mistake. Then when it was delivered I was shocked to see the item and realized that I have been cheated with a very very low quality or fake rudraksha. Since I am using rudraksha from 15 years it did not take much time to know it is fake as it was very very light in weight and the back of rudraksha had no clear lines. The cost of the rudraksha is Rs. 1885 and it is wasted as they are not ready to accept their fraud. Hence want to alert all to be cautious before buying anything from this scammer or fake seller. If you buy you will surely repent.
