On August 26th 2017, I enquired about a Tissot watch to a Instagram seller Danish Munshi (page name: brandstand001). He demanded 2700rs for that product. He told due to Gst issue cash on delivery option is not available..so he asked me to transfer money to his bank account or paytm. As he gave so much assurance.. I transferred 2700rs to his HDFC account number : 50100113771251. Even after 10days he didn’t ship the product not picking up my call and responding to my messages.I want refund if my money

I placed my order at 31 july 2021 at 4:53 am of a dress of Rs. 760 from an instagram account @budget_shopping_storee It was a cash on delivery payment type. i received my package on 6 August 2021 around 12 o clock in the afternoon. It was nothing that i ordered and i had payed the amount i first called the delivery man that this isn’t what i ordered he said he cant help since he is only a delivery boy then i direct messaged the account and told them the problem and they left me on seen and haven’t replied since
