Restaurant charging 100% more on bottled water plus GST

I had consumed one water bottle (Kinley 20/-) during lunch at this hotel. They charged 40/- for the same excluding GST. I had asked them to change the bill as per MRP but they denied. Bill snapshot attached for your reference. Please take appropriate action.
