This is regarding my loan account number 7xxxx6 which is already closed. Now I have shifted to another location and requested to change the address. As per conversation with them, address can’t be changed due to the loan account closed, hence need to submit address proof in which NOC has to be delivered.
I have submitted the document for the same and received an email that the NOC has been dispatched and will be reached in within 15 working days. Today I got the tracking number, but they have delivered the same on my old address.
After calling their nodal desk, they don’t a single solution for this. I am struggling for this from last 2.5 months and still didn’t get any resolution. This is very frustrating and very poor service provided by capital first. They don’t know the value of the customer.
