I received a call from bright solution few weeks ago regarding work from job, they describe their complete detail of work. Then they asked me for my adhaar card and passport size photograph for my registration. After my registration they sent me a agreement which i need to self attest, but , before that they asked me to pay INR 200 as (agreement charges). As 200 rupees is not a huge amount so i paid the amount , and received the work on the same day, After 7 days target i submitted the work and waiting for the report which i was told to receive in 5 days but i received the report in 10 days. And according to the company Bright Solution our work accuracy should be 70% minimum and mine was below 70% according to them. After that i decided to take one more chance because company is paying good they are paying 190/- per page .So my brother took another work and same as above completed the work in the given time and waiting for the report we again pay 200 rupees.
Yesterday we received the report and the report is again below 70% but we were very sure about our work so this time i checked the entire report and we found that out of around 25 mistakes 21 mistakes are incorrect, that means company is giving us fake report of accuracy. Today morning we tried to contact them and also we have sent them all the mistakes in the report on the whatsapp but we get no reply .
After trying many times they picked up the call and said the employee of the company said “this is not my responsibility i received the report from head office.” i asked her to give me the number of head office she given me a contact number which is always ringing . It seems like fake contact number. The address of the company Bright Solution is “D-405/3, fourth floor, Galaxy Arcade, navrangpura, ahmedabad Gujarat” which was given in the pdf given by them. In this time of covid everyone needs money so do i, i am just 21 year old independent girl and need support from legal department of india regarding this. Because this is the only source of my income i spent 24/7 days into this work. I believe i received the action as soon as possible.
