Complain Against Zopnow for non-delivery

I have purchase online of Rs968 in transaction and another purchase done by my brother of Rs 2198.70 transaction on dated 28th December 2020 consumer durables, fruits etc . This amount has been debited from my account but till now the same goods have not delivered and money also not refund. So Please requesting please take necessary step against Zopnow whose webside is zopnow.in. But when I have paid to ZOPNOW (Company name show as RAZORPAY SOFTWARE PR)
