Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Travel Triangle

We had booked a Kerala trip last year in 2020, we paid two instalments upto 7k. But due to lockdown and pandemic travel policies we were not able to travel. Since then we are taking follow up for the refund, but no one is picking the call and some numbers are also not reachable of their partner company DuniyaZamana.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
