I had paid an 7498 rupees through online for 6 months internet connection. later they infomed that they are not going to prove an internet connection in my area since there is a operator problem. I asked for refund of the amount from last 20 days but they are not refunding the amount back. I had made the payment on october 2nd 2019 and today it is october 23rd. i had wriiteen lot of emails and done lot of phone calls to ACT but no response from them on my refund.
