Complaint against Airtel for deactivating mobile number

I paid 2 year rental but Airtel has deactivated mobile no. Value: 800. Dear Sir or Madam,
This is regarding my mobile number 9xxxxxxx7 operator name airtel. I had paid 2 year advance rental but operator have deactivated my said mobile number permanently. And asking me to take this number as a new connection. Please check the matter and help me

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
