No refund on cancelled flight from GOIBIBO

I have booked flight from Bengaluru to Katmandu through GOIBIBO for 28th April 2020 and return on 14th May 2020. The flight was cancelled because of Covid situation. But there is no refund from GOIBIBO till date. Now GOIBIBO has listed this under completed trips. Worse part is, there is not even a single valid customer care number for GOIBIBO.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
