Complaint against bajaj finserv

My Bajaj finserv loan account number is 4xxxxxxxxxxxx6 and my monthly emi deduct from my account on 2nd of the month due to some reasons I have paid my emi on 1st of March 2019 through paytm. Now a message has come from bajaj finserv your emi has bounced and we will make effect on your cibil score but I requested I have paid one day before now they are saying we received your amount but we will make effect on your cibil score we can’t help.
