Once i was searching for online jobs in quicker comes in contact to that company.i was offered a part time of watching adds. After some days the website is defaultly not opend. And they are said that the time period of the work has been ended. After they are send me some notices to my mail, like section 37,73,74,75 and 420, witha a advocate phone number and name of the advocate is Rupesh Sharma , ph no: 73xxxxxx7.
Then they are threaten me to pay the charges of 7550 for the cancle the case filed in the court. And I’m paid that . But they are asking me to pay more money (19000) to cancle the agreement. I’m not agreed to them . But they are calling me and threatend me that the case should be goes to the court directly if it is repeated. Wat can i do sir please help us

Hi,
I got a call from vijay Advocate from crom technology. I signed a agreement on that condition that I will do video watching link for 10 days and they will pay 7500 rs after that and they told me they will deduct 3000 rs from total payment but in between I find that this co is fraud so I discontinue the work now they r telling me to pay 50000 rs as a compensation and also telling me that this section 420, 37 38 will b applied.
