Complaint against Easy Solution fake job offers

Please Help me i got call from Easy Solution agent on 24th feb 2020. he said me that i can earn money up to 10,000 rupee by work at home then he taken my passport ID proof and stamp size photo then he said me after registration i will get a link on mail that i have to send him with out open then i did as he said now after 10 days my caption work ID- “C202002251694” was blocked now they send a message that my internal case ID 3456366 has been listed on 12-3-2020 for legal proceedings. under sections 420 of the indian penal code i need to clear the dues, otherwise court behold the right to take strict action against me. they send me a legal notice where mention i have to pay 5400/- + 3000 which they didn’t inform me before i also asked them what i have to do work they said only i have to clear the caption every day and they didn’t let me know the target. i have all call records and messages and also email please help me. still i didn’t paid anything. what i have to do please help me…
