Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. He said I will give you a job and you don’t pay any amount. if you complete that job we will gave you amount. and they said registeration fees also he take in than amount.. I said ok.. And I finished my job.. many login error also. Came.. but I complete and submit.. after one day he said your submit files all are wrong. So you want to pay 15000 .. Sir please help me.. I am a student. so during lockdown I was searching a part time job online then this company VERTEX DATA SERVICES called me and gave me a online form filling job. They said that they will give me a job without paying. so I agree. but when I came to know that this company is totally fake, I decided to quit. so I didn’t complete my work. also I was not logged in to start work.but today they sent me a notice for demanding money 15000.But I decided not to give a single penny to this company. Please tell me am I right or not? Please give me your suggestion to overcome it.

I am a doctor by Profession and practises in Bangalore. I received a call from some Mr Abhijit Sharma and he offered me a decent consultant Jobs in Dubai and Sharjah. So the hospital authority will interview me
by Zoom in the evening. Before the said interview, I am supposed to pay a registration fees of Rs 5000. So he sent me a link to my email id to make online payment. But I said I am not going to pay you a single penny before I speak with the hospital personnel and disconnected the call
I got the same problem company name vertex solutions gave me the to do some data entry work but after reading the reviews I stop thier work now they are asking me to pay penalty I will not pay a single penny to them. Vertix solutions is very bad experience in my life I learnt a lesson but I felt very stressed because a advocate called me and blackmaile me to pay amount again and again and he keep on repeating that he is going to inform police station and I paid more than 50000 and he told that amount will be refunded he will create a tensed mind set and he will play with the opposite person emotions he told our entire family should go to jail if we fail to pay please these type of incidents are more in these days please do needful as soon as possible
