Complaint against Fisheshop regarding non-delivery

Fisheshop.com – Order not delivered and not getting response from customer care. Value: 1059

I ordered aquarium gravel and a driftwood from Fisheshop.com website on 16th feb 2021 and paid online itself. Order#23398. But till date no updates on my order. When I’m trying to reach out to the customer care via email or whatsapp but no response from them as well.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
