Sir i bought online a turbo charger from insasta.com rs of 448/rs I given online payment of 448/rs, through payumoney, transaction
Date of buying : was ; 21/1/2018, i also have send a mail to insasta.com merchants, i send mail in morning dt-22/1/2018, also said that we will send reply at your mailing address, but not replied till today dt=23/1/2018, and same mailed to payumoney through which i give payment of ,448/rs ,so they not any reply to me, because they given time for one day, we send information to merchant and payumoney, both not given any response about cancelled and refunded about 448/rs , either they cancilled my order nor about my
Refund and i also contact by phone , the phone is showing out of order,

On 22/7/20 for Order No.807674 for Rs.197/- make payment vide netbanking failed but my account debited by bank. So I contacted bank for refund through mail they replied payment made to insasta along with proof of transaction id .
The same has been sent via email to insasta and made live chat on 21/8/20 she check up the order id and accepted to refund the same within 7 working days again on 28/8/20 send reminder by email and try to contact live chat and over phone no response.
