Complaint against jootaghar1 instagram page for sending wrong product

Instagram online seller sent a wrong and low quality product by charging high price. Value: 1200

jootaghar1 is the name of instagram page who sells foot wear. i’ve order crocs with paying 200 as UPI mode advance and 1000 as cash on delivery. i was selected product of pictures shared by him. after 7 days i.e today ive received a parcel with different product which is unknown and cheaper. now he is not replying to my messages.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
