This is regarding services from MS Paradise Holidays with us.
We have booked a package of 80K and paid the complete payment to the agency and also wherever they asked us to.
But the agency has not paid to any of the Hotels and asking us to pay again and again. We are stopped at every hotel and not allowed to check out because the agency didn’t pay to any of the Hotels. Infact they are saying that they will not be releasing the payment to the Hotels either.
