Complaint against mtriok instagram for non-delivery

Cheating. I want my money back. I ordered for 16 pieces undergarments through Instagram after seeing website mtriok and I paid Rs.499 for the same. However, I received only 2 pieces of bra that too of worst quality and dirty. I sent message to them but did not receive any reply. I want my money back. Please help me.

Replacement of Micromax mobile by lalajionline.com: Mr. Suraj Kakwani of Thane, Maharashtra(Email: suraj_8288(at)hotmail.com) purchased one Micromax mobile from lalajionline.com. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one.
