Complaint against petrol pump regarding petrol filling in car

Consumer Complaint. Value: 4000/-

I filled petrol in my car on 11/08/2022 of 36.20 leter’s and it is not not tank of fuel yet it is only 3/4th of the tank ,it is already I have petrol in the range of 140kms and my car fuel tank capacity is 40letre’s only , I asked the management so they’re argument with me ,and refused to take my complaint, they are taken from me to Bill amount approximately 4k. So please help me with this complaint sir
