Myntra delivered to me two incomplete parcels back to back….in one dupatta was missing that they took back the next day…in another trouser is missing for that they are saying that they have done the investigation and my claim is false…..first they deliver incomplete parcels then they harass customers…i want proper investigation to be done n Myntra be punished for harassing me….n delivering deliberately incomplete parcels

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
